Melanie explained the home buying process/terms/language, to my understanding, as there was so much I didn’t understand in buying a home.

Troy was very helpful in switching gears with us as our home purchase situation changed. Our first intended purchase fell through, so we had to start over on another property. We also had to change our down payment to allow for additonal cash in hand for renovations. Troy was great in changeing the loan and gettign us updated information through all the changes.
