The welcome bag was a nice touch

I have purchased and sold alot of homes. Damoln and his team made the whole scenario so easy. I was prequalifed on the first phone call and noone has every made the move or financing as easy and painfree as this team.

This is the second home he has helped us finance, and we are very happy with his service. He is honest, explains everything clearly, and always looks for a way to help. Andrew made to the purchase process easy with online document signing, continuous communication, and exceptional knowledge on all aspects of financing and closing. We had some delays in closing due to the seller and Andrew remained on top of the situation quickly recalculating the CD every time the closing changed. When everyone else said no, Jessica said yes. We were told we would get into our new home 3 years ago and we perservered together to make that dream a reality throughout seemingly impossible odds. Never once did she say it was impossible. Jessica is truly a blessing.

Our realtor connected us with Erin when a challenge presented itself that threatened our ability to close on our home. Erin was prompt in getting involved, effectively communicating what we needed each step of the way, and her knowledge of the options we had was incredible. She steped in late and got us to the closing table on time. To add an additional challenge, one of the critical steps in the process was not able to be completed until the morning of closing. Though Erin had an unplanned critical personal challenge that morning, she took the time to get everything accomplished for us to close that afternoon. Erin communicates in a manner that is easy to understand and has a sense of urgency that is rare to come across in any business. Her fast-paced nature and communication got us in the home we wanted in an incredibly tight timeline.
