We had a great experience working with Teresa from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us through the entire process. Getting a home loan was stressful at times, but she was always available to answer questions and keep us informed every step of the way. During the process, there was a significant issue that arose due to an error at the corporate level. While it was completely outside of her control, she immediately took ownership of the situation, worked diligently to resolve it, and had everything corrected much faster than we expected. Her dedication and commitment to her clients really stood out during that time. We truly appreciated her honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage lender. She made a challenging process much easier, and we are very grateful for all of her hard work.

Ken is an outstanding lender . He's ahead of and in top of everything. Ken goes above and beyond to get things to work for the client. The education he provides the buyer to make informed decisions is something I don't see with the local lenders, who are all about the money vs the client relationship. Before looking at houses we were notified on certain information about them previously to looking at them in case it wasn't what we were looking for. We also received all information on every question we had regarding the houses we were looking at to make sure we were in our price range and had everything we were looking for in a home as far as bedrooms,bathrooms,etc. If someone wasn't for sure on a question we had, they always helped us find an answer.
