She took the time to explain the whole process to us, even staying with us in her office well past dinner time to make sure that we understood our situation. Gina also showed genuine care for our family's home buying journey and financial well-being. We truly appreciate her services!

Once the loan application process began, it triggered a very intrusive and chaotic level of phone call solicitations from competing lendors which lasted through the entire loan process phase and up until closing of the loan. This is unacceptable as it disrupted my job, personal life, and even while driving. Something needs to be done either organizationally or legally to prevent these practices. Otherwise, Nate was awesome as usual!
