Dawn and her team worked really hard and quickly to get the mortgage settled. She was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. We were able to close on our house in less time than was originally expected because of Dawn and her team. She was patient and kind even when my lack of understanding of the process made things hard. They were truly the best to work with.

Cheryl and the fairway team went above and beyond for my wife and I to help us secure our first VA loan. They all were very professional, kind, respectful, and delt with me calling at all hours of the day and night! They are truly an amazing group of people and I will be using them moving forward.

Really good communication / follow up

Troy made an incredible impact to my wife and I purchasing our new home. We were going through many personal obstacles, but with Troy he recognized what we needed and made sure we were comfortable and cared for. We really admired his leadership.

They were so helpful explaining the process every step of the way. They went abouve and beyond by contacting me at every turn for the necessary info. or documents. This level of customer service was so refreshing and personalized that I felt like a friend or family not a number on a spreadsheet. They worked hand in glove with my agent and title agency. Finally, as with this type of business so many wheels turning at the same time. I was worried at times I wasn't going to meet a deadline or request for documents in time. They knew the process so well, they told me what I needed to hear for peace of mind. Five stars is not enough. Santiago and Fairway have raised the bar for what I consider exceptional customer service.
