Wendy did a nice job of creating various loan scenarios for us, for multiple different properties. She was super helpful in understanding what it means to purchase a condominium and those restrictions. She kept us information throughout the process.

Having been in the mortgage brokerage industry way, way back in another lifetime, I can say with assurance that Jill is one of the very top professionals in her field, and that's coming from someone that is very hard to impress. I have a pretty high standard for someone who is dealing with what is usually the largest investment that a person can make, and the way that she operates is nothing short of impressive. Jill communicates on a very regular basis about your loan process, making sure that you know where you stand, and makes sure to touch base with you to provide updates, or to make sure that you're staying on track if there are elements that are changing throughout your loan process. To say that you can have confidence in her abilities is a pretty sizable understatement, and I can't think of anyone else I would recommend talking to if you're thinking about doing anything at all that involves the financing of a piece of personal real estate.
