From phone calls, emails and texts, I knew that I could contact any of you at any time with questions and I'd receive a prompt response. Not only was the process smooth and trouble free, it only took about 1 month from the date I applied for the loan until the day I closed. All of you are very professional, yet made me feel so much at ease, and that meant so much to me. While using the Fairway app, I liked being able to see the entire homebuying process and having it indicate the status of each step such as Completed, Current, Next Step and Upcoming. I will recommend you all at Fairway to anyone who is thinking of buying a house.
