We just finished closing on our home and Sherene and her assistant Gustavo were such a pleasure to work with. They moved things along quickly but also explained everything, every step of the way. Most importantly, Sherene explained things in a way that we could easily understand. From the first time I spoke with Sherene, I felt very at ease and it felt like I had known her for years. There's just not a lot of leeway to finesse the replies. Adam fulfilled the functions of transactions efficiently, and repeatedly assured me that any questions comments would be welcome. I feel that his (relative) youth may have made it uncomfortable to receive some of my rather ascerbic commentary. My advice: Keep smiling, and maintain your sense of humour, Adam! You've got this!
