Everything felt really smooth and easy throughout the process. Communication was great, we always knew what was going on and what we needed to do next. Anytime we had questions Nicole got back to us quickly, which made a big difference. Overall it was a super straightforward and positive experience.

The timeline was great, but the bigger part of the experience was figuring out the mortgage without the VA was better for me. I could have lost thousands of dollars for nothing. Give Ericka a raise. She deserves it. Thanks
