The process was very easy and completely stress free. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I had never refinanced before and the team was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to no matter how silly the questions. E-signing documents and using the portal system to upload information made this process incredibly convenient. Our overall experience, from start to finish, was excellent.

Things went pretty smoothly but there were many people involved all all were not equally effective communication among them seemed not to be adequate . An example is that I made it abundantly clear that the house was to be titled in the name of out living trust. that was not done and no one explained why. Now we have to pay our lawyer to put the property in the trust VERY FRISTRATING!!!!
