Everything was great. I’m really impressed and pleased with the service I received from Tara and her team. They took care of every challenge we faced and made sure to find a solution so we could keep moving forward. We were looking at 3 lenders our current (Rocket) one we have used in the past for other things, and Fairway which was new to us and recommended by my Realtor (who is friend). Started with the nameless one and got no response after a few days saw it as a sign! Ask my realtor who she recommended and could not be any happier! Every question I had was answered immediately no matter how small that meant the world to me! She sent check in emails, made check in calls, and in the end helped us to close on time which was a miracle considering our HOA didn't get everything in they needed to in a timely manner! We were homeless for about 2 hours which was a scary thought since all our possessions were in a moving truck. I could never express how truly grateful I am to Nancy and the whole Fairway team I heard it was a true team effort in the end to make it possible! Thank you guys for all your hard work. Fairway is my new go to bank!

Jill knew I have had a bad experience with another mortgage company in the past and assured me that my experience with her would not be like the one I had in my past. She communicated with me about everything that was taken place. What i most liked about her is that she wasnt just trying to make a deal/sale. She cared about me as a person.
