Jamie and his team were quick in responding to emails and phone calls. Jamie was personable and understanding. He treats you like a person, not a number. Jamie helped me understand the appraisal of my home. Also home connect, a service Fairway provides, helped me be free from the frustration and anxiety of getting my utilities and security system set up. Jamie and his team are very knowledgeable, they get it done right and on time.

Chad was extremely accommodating. Answered any and every question. Made the process feel effortless. Chad and his staff were always friendly and helpful.

Quick to respond was the biggest thing. As a new home owner this was very helpful and helped put me at ease. Knowing I wouldnt have to wait long for a response when I had questions. Also everyone was very kind and showed they were there to assist me in anyway they could. The process was less stressful then I imagined and that was due to the effort that was displayed.

Nicole had secured a very competitive rate for us and worked through those delays while keeping that locked rate in place.
