Bailey was amazing! He communicates and explains everything so well. He takes what could be overwhelming and stressful and walks you through it so that doesn't happen. No matter what questions you asks he takes the time to explain everything. He never seemed annoyed or like he wanted to get off the phone. In general he seems like an incredible person who just wants to help people. I 100% believe he helped make this process as easy as it was. Anyone else and it wouldn't have been as smooth as it was. 10/10 will reccomend to anyone house hunting!

The loan process went smoothly, with only a few issues around our unusual financial situation. It was more what didn't happen - delays, etc. - that made it a good experience.

Colton Haney was very helpful, and considerate through out the entire process.. He was always kind and available. Never did he make the process feel forced or fearful. I would highly recommend him to anyone i know, friend and family. He was efficient and truly so great at this profession.

He was there to answer and assist with any concerns. He never left me out there not knowing were to go in order to succeed. It got very difficult at time and I wanted to give up, and he would say, I Got You.
