From the beginning of the application process of retaining a mortgage to the ugly not so fun side of things (insurance, inspections/appraisals) to the final text of “you’re officially cleared to close!” As a 1st time home buyer we had no idea what the process looked like, but Jamison and his team stepped in, and held our hands through the entire process. We are greatful to have this team backing us when we were taking one of the biggest steps in our lives! We highly recommend Jamison if you need any help in our cashing a new home and his incredible team!

Jerry was available to answer questions whenever we needed him. He was personable, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Proving documentation was super easy with the app.

He understood the process of Underwriters, wiring money, etc. very well. He guided me thru the process with no issues. Nick is excellent.

This is our 2nd loan with Fairway and Allison, and both have been seamless. Buying a home and providing the necessary financial documentation as well as coordinating with other vendors can be stressful but Allison and her team make it easy. Allison also helped us get the most value out of our mortgage and helped us reduce our rate. We trust her and Fairway they are honest and upfront. Allison continues to be available post sale for any additional questions or to help us provide docs to insurance or our realtor as well. Excellent, friendly service.
