Some where along the way some of the information i have was lost. I had an amount I planned on putting down and no one seemed to understand it till it was too late.

Phil was an absolute joy to work with. During our first time home purchase, Phil kept us informed, educated and worked great with both the sellers and our buyers agent. He bent over backwards for us to get us into the home we wanted in terms we were comfortable with. Phil will be the only loan officer I recommended to my friends and family.
