It was a speedy process, and very minimal hassle on my end. Even with interest rates as high as they are, I'm not upset with getting a 6.65% interest rate, since I'm hoping to be able to refinance soon enough. It was great working with good people who my friends vouched for. Joey is a stellar guy and made sure everything end to end went smoothly for me. He was also very generous and flexible with his time. I also want to thank Mark Mesdary for being so awesome as my buyers agent. In no less than a day after telling him my situation of wanting to buy a property, and being open to a multifamily, he found a fantastic deal, and by a miracle we were able to place an offer that got accepted by the seller. Mark and Joey were amazing to work with, as well as all of the people they partnered with at Fairway. I can be assured that they are my go to for any second, third, etc. deals I want to make in real estate. Most importantly, they’re genuinely good people who care for their clients, that isn’t something you come across all the time.
