Ben was friendly and engaging. He understood our financial situation and purchase plans, and knew exactly what we needed. We were able to to communicate via email and upload documents straight to his app. He produced a pre-approval at lightning speed so we could reach a bid deadline. Once we found the right place, he was able to close in 2.5 weeks to meet a tight closing date. He also gave us good advice throughout the process. We've purchased several properties over the years but this was by far the most pain-free financing experience we've ever had. We will seek out Ben again for any type of mortgage needs.

I went into things a little blind. Tara was beyond phenomenal, she guided me through every step and then described next steps just to provide an outlined path. She would answer emails from me or texts from my realtor after hours. She went the extra mile on everything. When closing came, it only took 15 minutes. I fully expected it to be at least an hour based on what my family had said. Could not be any more happy with how things went. 12/10.
