Team DeMarco came in on short notice to provide all star service . We were in a tough position , but the DeMarco's were on the phone with us almost immediately after we reached out , gave us a real breakdown of what our loan could look like, helped us move through underwriting quickly, and ultimately got us a better interest rate! Amazing and seamless experience

All questions answered by a real person. Tried to help strategize when little issues came up far beyond what I expected. Overall made things easy I would say even when our needs changed and we had to play around with the numbers a bit. Jackie was one that will just tell it like it is and that's great because I hate wasting time having to pull teeth to get the answers and solutions we need. Very forthcoming.

Buying a home is the most stressful thing I have ever done, however Will and the team at Fairway answered all of our questions, they helped us overcome some obstacles we ran into, and they really seemed to be rooting for us. They also worked very quickly once we overcame those obstacles to ensure that we closed on time. 10/10 recommend.
