Richard has phenomenal patience and the ability to clearly explain technical jargon and numbers that people who don't do this everyday don't understand. He was very responsive to every question I had no matter the time or day.

Everyone is kind and friendly and communicates with you through out the whole process. i cant say enough kind things. My experience was wonderful. I will be back when buying my second home.
