She was professional and always looking out of my best interest

Suzanne made it great! Working with her versus the last 2 experiences we had are night and day. She was always available to answer any questions we had and even worked after hours and some weekends to help get us into our new home. She really knows her stuff. If we hear of anyone looking to buy a home we are definitely recommending them to Suzanne Castillo and Hallmark Home Mortgage.

The process was made very easy! Everything was also explained in ways that were wasy to grasp. The convenience of having the online portal to submit files in a timely manner made a huge difference!

Teri was amazing. They worked so hard for our family to have a home. We were absolutley blessed to have gotten to work with her and Kirby.

Andrei and crew were fantastic. We had a few hiccups along the way , and his team coasted through it impressively. Communication with them awesome through the whole process. Wint be buying another house anytime soon, but i would use them again.

She is Always available to assist with positive Feedback. I had a previous Loan officer a few years ago in which was nothing like Ms Katherine Wright. I don't have any one at the moment that is ready to purchase but I'm going to tell EVERYONE THAT FAIRWAY IS THE BEST WAY TO GO..I AM TRULY GREATFUL AND AMAZED.
