We had a complex situation with my fiancee's job starting in a couple of months, my job transitioning from out of state, and the possibility of using either a physician mortgage or a 30 year fixed rate mortgage. Sharla clearly presented the available options and helped us choose the best mortgage for our situation. Whenever we had questions throughout the process, she and her team were always available. Even when there are factors outside of her control, Sharla goes above and beyond to ensure satisfied customers.
