From start to finish when I first purchased my home the team at Fairway were friendly, professional and transparent. I was informed at that time that they would keep an eye on interest rates and let.me know if they felt it was a good time to refinance. The interest did drop 2% and I received a call from Frank. Yes, companies are in business to make money however, when you have a mortgage companie that also looks out for you and keeps their word and provides a win win for both parties , how could not want to do business with them?
