Kevin was awesome ! He made everything run smooth and effortless. I especially liked how he emailed us on the daily, keeping us update with whatever documents we might need going forward. We will definitely be referring him to everyone we know!!

Jen was always quick to answer my questions. She took the time to explain things to me to make sure I was making the best decision for my situation. She also checked in on me at different stages of the sale to make sure I didn't need anything, and to remind me of next steps. The process was very low stress, and I felt supported.

Appraisal was late, then needed corrected. Docs took longer than they were supposed to. It just seemed like this process took longer than it should have, overall. I was prompt with all my responses to requests, but it seemed like everything from the lender side was constistently delayed.
