Let me begin with a simple thank you, Mark!
When I received the initial phone call from Mark offering his assistance, I was in a very fragile state of mind. As I listened, I held onto every word with a bit of hope, believing that he was truly everything he said he was and capable of doing everything he said he could do for us.
Throughout the entire process, Mark was honest and straightforward about what to expect. We experienced ups and downs, twists and turns, and unexpected curves along the way. There is one particular moment that I will never forget. Mark called to share some news that wasn’t good, and I shared with him that I was feeling a great deal of anxiety in that moment
What happened next was far more than I ever expected. Mark offered words of encouragement and took a moment to pray with me. What he didn’t know was that, at that point, I was on the verge of giving up completely. After that exchange, I felt a renewed sense of peace and hope enough to keep going and not give up.
In my past experiences with other lenders, I was used to hearing, " I'm sorry, but we've done all that we can do," once things reached a certain point. My experience with Mark was different on so many levels. He was consistently honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He wore many hats throughout the process as loan officer, financial advisor, counselor, and prayer warrior.
Mark never gave up on us. He worked diligently to find a solution that best fit our needs for a mortgage loan. Mark is truly a man of his word. There was a pathway forward, and he took the time to determine which route was best and then did exactly that and more.
