Thank you for being available to answer my questions, especially outside of what you normally would work. Having a job that makes it so it's digit for me to leave to be able to ask questions or try and coordinate a call while at work is challenging but I appreciate that you were able to make time to be available for me when I needed it. Aside from that I appreciate all of your knowledge and ability to help make sure I was prepared for everything I needed to be and helped me understand the finer details of things with me loan process.

Craig was very transparent about the whole process. He also managed a very responsive team, especially Jessi Ringer, who was a great help in getting us through the process.
