Your company lived up to what I would expect from a local mortage company. I was able to call or mail and either talk to someone immediately, or get a call back / email in a reasonable amount of time. Also, I was able to talk to your profesionals and get solid advice on different courses of action I was considering. They were also very flexible at one point where I changed my mind on what I wanted to do. I don't think I would have gotten the same services from a national company.

Before Shayn, i was not excited about my first home buying experience.as previous lenders fell off the face of the earth or were non responsive during the critical bidding time. In 2021 My agent recommended Shayn and i was not trusting at all but Shayn not only listened to my previous experience but sympathized. He stuck with me and was super responsive thru 10 bidding wars and even walked me thru some other issues. If it was not for my agent and shayn i would have given up n not crossed the finish line and been a home owner. They laughed with me n lent a sympathetic ear when i needed. Korey was incredibly helpful when going through the loan process as a first time home buyer. She also has clear knowledge on a lot of different vehicles to get to the best place possible. And finally, she was available constantly which is much appreciated when things can move so quickly with home buying.

Very high degree of professionalism and customer service

This firm especially jordan has done amazing things they worked fast and hard to get us in our new home before our move out date. Jordan worked with our crazy schedules dealt with my emotions and also helped educate me in the process since I've never done anything like this in my life. He did everything he had to do to make sure everything went smooth and painless as possible and made sure we stayed up to date in the process to close on our house on time. Jordan and hine and Taylor made something happen for me and my family that I honestly never thought would happen and between the realtor and this company I will be forever grateful for the chance and the experience that they gave us. This was the second company we went to because the first lender turned us down with no navigation on what to do to get approved but with jordan, he looked at our information educated and guided us to what we needed to do and got us where we needed to be. I will never be able to thank this company enough on the chance and the experience and the education that was provided in getting us into our forever home. If I ever go through and need jordan I know he will be there. The communication was always there and he never went more then 24 hours to get me a response and if he wasn't available he had a whole team that I could contact with questions comments or concerns. I could go all day raving about all the good jordan and his company has done for me and my family but I will just end on the note of if you want someone that will work for you with you and be in a constant form of communication with you until you buy your home this company specifically jordan is definitely the place to go and you will not be disappointed.
