I agreed to do a two week closing using VA financing, which Michelle made possible. The expedient closing made my offer much more attractive as the sellers were closing our their home as well. Michelle was motivated, transparent, and diligent as we went through the process. Everything was explained properly, no hidden surprises and communication was prevalent throughout the process. She attended closing with the warmest and kind energy, I couldn't ask for a better experience.

hard Richard worked in order to get our preapproval the communication throughout the entire process from him, his ability to go from getting us preapproved and then having to wait until our home sold and we could find another home but then we had 20 days to close the moment that we called him and not only did he make that happen but he made it happen even earlier than the actual date! So we were set to close on June 30 and on June 27. Everything was submitted and ready to go for us to move forward, which was extremely impressive!
