I know this was a difficult transaction being a bank statement loan however your team continued to push through and made it happen

I used a first time home buyer's program that the state of NH offers. It's more complicated than a standard 20% down loan. There were some issues that came up and Carol talked me through the steps to get through the issues. When I called m9re than once in a panic she listened, reassured, calmed me down and told me what needed ti be done next. I leaned heavy on Carol and she was there to support and encourage me every step of the way. Plus she is a joy to work with, a fun positive energy most of the time and a it's going to be okay we can fix this the rest of the time.
