It was a easy process and it was handled quickly.

Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Made the whole experience seamless and was always looking out for our best interests when deciding on different options for financing. Tyler was constantly ahead of schedule with next steps, documents needed for underwriting, possible alternate options, etc. to keep our quick close on track. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience and the service provided throughout the transaction. Thank you again!

Buying a home can be stressful and intimidatinf and we were going through some frightening things while trying to purchase our home. We almost gave up on at least 2 separate occasions, but Adam and the Fairway team were diligent in helping us through the process. They worked hard to get us into our dream home. We can't say enough good things about Adam and his team.

Kim made Verone and me feel like we were her only clients. It didn't matter the question or the hour, she always made herself available. If she wasn't available at the moment, she got back to us with the quickness. She has a very welcoming and calming spirit about her which made it easy to work with, even during the stressful situation of purchasing a home.
