Jen is very attentive to her clientsm, and works so hard in getting a good deal for a house loan. This was especially helpful for me, as a first-time home buyer who did not know "square 1" of the process. Jen made that easier by giving me a checklist of what needed to be done, and when which helped me put everything together (in record time according to Jen) in time for my application.

Going into this, I had no idea how to even start the money portion of buying a house .
