What made the overall experience just "OK" was just getting through and meeting all the governmental and financial institutional requirements. The reason why I said "OK" was not a fault of Fairway. It was the compressed time frame, approximately four (4) weeks, that made the process difficult. However, I am convinced that Fairway's attention to detail and experience got us through this process successfully in such a compressed time frame. Without Fairway's help I don't think we could have made it through the entire process in time to meet the required closing date. Fairway's KLynnTeam has the entire funding and closing process down to a science.
