Of course, you know that I've purchased a multitdu of homes and have worked with several lenders; so when I compare your amazing team with the others...you win hands-down! Your is team thorough and are excellent communicators and they definitely have our (the client's) best interest in mind. The guidance given by you and your team has helped me with home purchases and even more importantly...helped to get my credit file in a much better shape over these past two years. I'm a first time home buyer who has spent years looking for the perfect house. I happened upon the best realtor imaginable and she pointed me to Zack. He helped us go through pre-approval quickly so we knew what we could afford. Then proceeded to teach us everything we needed to know to survive the process. Not knowing much there were a lot of panicked questions my husband and I had. I remember a lot of crack of dawn conversations with Zack where he would patiently talk me through the panics and late night text to answer questions my husband came up with during the day. When we finally found the house and had the hurried process of putting in an offer Zack was right there running the numbers for us, except he was actually on a cruise ship in Alaska and still had our back. When the mortgage needed to be set up and transferred to Mass Housing he was still helping us out and even texted to check in on us. I don't think we could have had a similar experience with anyone else. So, pleased to have worked with Zack.
