This is the third time I have dealt with Nathan and Fairway. Each time has been so easy with all the forms you fill out on the app. Everything is very easy to attach and the reminders of what needs to be done are great. It is such an easy system and Nathan in Parris have both been such a joy to work with.

From start to finish, they stayed on top of every detail and worked closely with me to make sure I understood all the ins and outs of the process, including where I could save money along the way. I tend to be very particular about how things are done, and PJ and Alyssa were always professional, kind, and incredibly patient. They struck the perfect balance of guiding me through the process while respecting my level of involvement. On the one occasion I wasn’t as engaged as I should have been, they gave me just the right amount of follow-up to keep everything moving smoothly. If you want a team that’s knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about making the mortgage process as smooth (and even stress-free) as possible, I can’t recommend PJ and Alyssa enough.
