Jose was great with us from the beginning. I had no plan and no idea how buying a house worked. I wasn’t even sure I’d be able to buy at the time and thought he would just be making me a plan to buy in the future. He helped explain financing and loan options to us and even got us a down payment assistance program to help us out. The whole way he was patient, educational, and made himself available to us even on weekends and evening (though we tried to avoid reaching out during those times). We needed up paying $0 at closing- that’s not a typo! We paid nothing! I would highly recommend Jose and Fairway Mortgage to anyone looking to buy a home or even looking to see what they need to do to make it happen.
