She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything in a way that actually made sense, and walk me through what to expect at every step. No matter how big or small the question was, I never felt like I was bothering her, and she was always quick to respond and reassure me when I needed it. From the beginning of the process all the way through closing, I always felt like I had someone in my corner making sure everything stayed on track. Dawn and her team worked really hard and quickly to get the mortgage settled. She was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. We were able to close on our house in less time than was originally expected because of Dawn and her team. She was patient and kind even when my lack of understanding of the process made things hard. They were truly the best to work with.

Cheryl and the fairway team went above and beyond for my wife and I to help us secure our first VA loan. They all were very professional, kind, respectful, and delt with me calling at all hours of the day and night! They are truly an amazing group of people and I will be using them moving forward.
