Tim is responsive and always on point! He was able to give us a transparent overall estimate for upfront cost, hard closing cost etc. His estimate was very close to our actual monthly payment which we really appreciate. This demonstrates his expertise and transparency very well. He coordinated the whole process very well leading to a smooth closure. We trust him therefore we reached out to him for the second time for our refinancing where he helped us buy the home first time.
