From the start of the application process, Jim was amazing at helping me understand the different loan options and related costs. He was very communicative and responsive when questions arose. He walked the through all the documents to ensue I understood what I was looking at and what each cost was. This made the overall application and home buying experience smooth and as painless as possible.
