Throughout the process, he presented us with all the options, so we felt informed and confident we were making the best decisions for our situation. Shawn kept the ball rolling smoothly and accurately updated us on timelines so we could complete the refinance as quickly as possible. When we needed to introduce other family members into the refiance process, he handled that very well and was great at coordinating/communicating with everyone. We're grateful to Shawn for his patience, diligence, and partnership over the past couple of months. It wouldn't have been as straightforward and easy without him!
