Great experience working with Daniel and his team! They helped us refinance a Heloc on an investment property. He explained the options and was there if we needed any help during the process.

The speed and accuracy my questions were answered with patience, kindness and resources to look into for further research. Sam's team were incredible to work with and made this process go so smoothly.

Michael took the time to explain to me the entire process even though I know I was asking too many questions, at no time did I feel like I was being an inconvenience. He also took another call where I asked the same questions so that my wife could be on the call. He made himself available and was quick to respond every time I reached out to him. He also worked on my initial application late after normal business hours because he found out that we had had a specific property in mind that was already on the market. We ended up securing funding and actually purchasing the property we truly wanted thanks to Michael's dedication and fast turn around times. I cannot emphasize how easy Michael made the entire process and how comfortable and at ease he made me feel. I will be referring him in the future to my friends and family who would be requiring these types of services.

Nate has helped me with 3 properties now over 3 years. He makes every closing easy with his great communication and expertise. Nate has made every property purchase a breeze and lays out exactly what documents I need and what format I need them in. He is always available to answer any question and provide updates of where we are in the process.

Nate is very available via phone/email for communication and responds promptly. This is my 3rd property I have worked with Nate on and the communication aspect is key to having a successful closing. Nate also helps me with potential deals with showing me what rough numbers would look like so I can decide if the property fits the budget. Nate also will help explore more options for loans and keep you updated as daily interest rates change. If Nate doesnt know an answer to your question off the top of his head, he will make sure to find an answer and get back to you.

I also felt like we got the royal treatment being mindful of our time and energy, they took care of everything and kept the amount of paperwork we had to deal with to a minimum. The entire team was very helpful and patient in explaining the process and information , especially for a new timer like myself. The energy of the whole team was also very welcoming which made the experience a lot less overwhelming. They were always willing to answer any questions we had, and overall were very helpful.
