During my loan process Royce was very knowledgable!! Royce was honest and upfront with me from the very beginning. He didn't feed me with what I wanted to hear but true education on how to move forward with my loan with hope but also, what would happen if I did something to jeopardize the opportunity for a better loan. The last thing Royce did and what I appreciated was when I thought all options were exhausted he made sure he dug deeper to find more while seeming to feel the same emotions me and my husband was feeling! That meant a lot to me! With that said I chose the best person for the jobanf I'm glad I didn't change when it got hard!

Words can’t describe how overall painless this process was. Now buying a house is a lot, but this company and Lee, absolutely flawless!!!!!! We started at one level, found a house we love had to reach the second level to get the house. We all including Lee put together an action plan, we followed it and made the next level. Took a-lot of hard work and effort from everyone. But we got the house we fell In love with. Everyone did their part to make this happen. Again by far best experience that I personally have been able to be apart of. Again Lee by far the best individual who takes pride in every aspect of his job and going beyond for his customers!!

Brandon was available to answer our many questions. He was very kind and knowledgeable.

Kelly was quick to respond and help us when we were in a pinch with our other lender. We appreciated the time she took to explain everything to us. Being 1st time homebuyers, this was HUGE! We felt like we could trust Kelly and that really put us at ease throughout the whole process. Fairway was very quick with completing everything needed for our loan and they communicated with us each step of the way.
