I echo many of the comments made in prior reviews, and highly recommend Doug for those looking to work with a loan officer! Doug was patient and honest, AND provided great rates that beat all other loan officers that we talked to. I appreciated that Doug sent us multiple options, all very clear and transparent numbers from the start, with nothing to hide. Other loan officers I talked to wanted to provide very basic numbers via a phone call with very little details. A home purchase/refinance is a huge commitment, and it is so important to have all numbers in front of you. Doug was the ONLY one who was honest and transparent and we can’t thank him for this enough. Doug was also the only one who showed interest paid over the life of the loan - this is so important to see in the different options to help you make the best financial decision. I honestly felt like Doug was looking at for our best interest and I cannot say that about any of the others we talked to. And his team - all so kind, and worked super efficiently!
