Great advise given in all situations

Jason himself was great to work with. The process or procedures here are where the disconnect is. I never once received a welcome call or email from processor whom is usually the point of contact for documents. Documents were not submitted to u/w or u/w did not complete a full review. Docs were requested up until the last hour of closing and the doxuments informstion was incorrect even after pointing out names were incorrect. will not use fairway or reccomend . Lots of room for process improvement here.

Every one was friendly and professional. every thing moved rapidly but was very fluid

They worked to get us the mortgage that met our needs. The team is professional and easy to work with. They answered all questions. We had no delays and everything went smoothly.

Boone and his team are the best! We had a different income situation with me being a hairstylist and they were able to help and get all information were it needed to be, as well as Boone really makes sure you can afford your mortgage, he sends detailed information on payments etc before you even offer on a house just to be sure it's affordable his numbers were spot on by the way! Now we are living in our dream home thanks to them !

Rob was always able to take the time to explain things that I didn't initially understand and made himself available at critical times to elucidate whatever factors that were in play at those important moments. He is also a really nice guy and very personable and a pleasure to communicate with. I felt that I was always in good hands with him and trusted his expertise and advice. Lindsey was also very helpful at different times during the process and was very patient and kind with all of my questions.

Beata and her team were fantastic! They were incredibly responsive and proactive throughout the entire process. I ran into a few complications along the way, but Beata quickly found a path forward and made sure everything stayed on track. When last-minute changes required an earlier closing date, she even coordinated everything over the weekend to make a Monday closing happen. I highly recommend Beata and her team if you want a smooth, transparent, and stress-free closing experience!

Catalina and her team do a great job through out all points of the loan process! I would recommend her to my friends and family!

Just how much Hailey made Berkley and I feel welcomed, she would always answer our questions . overall Hailey made this huge chapter in our families life so much easier and would explain anything we were confused about.

To many people contactng me all the time. I couldn't keep names of people and companies straight and did not feel comfortable giving out sensitive info to unknown contacts all the time.

Jen made everything very very simple and very easy to do. She did almost every thing for us all we had to do was send her everything she asked for. Jen was very knowledgeable and I feel like she went above and beyond for us to get us what we needed !
