David the the NPM team were exceptional to work with. They managed the tasks associated with a complex transaction masterfully, including communicating with me (real estate agent representing the buyer) to ensure that we were on the same page, protected the interests of the client, while getting them into the house that they wanted. Having worked with dozens of lenders over the years, I can unequivocally state these folks know their business, how to manage the mortgage process, and work with everyone involved to a successful conclusion. I strongly endorse them if you are looking for someone that is ethical, hard-working, communicative and mindful of the goal. Outstanding doesn't quite do justice for what a pleasure it was to work with this team of A+ players.

Great communication.

Good communication throughout the process. Did not constantly request documentation.

Jennifer and her team were super responsive and accomodating. She is extremely well informed and works to get the best deal for you. I would recommend her without hesitation.

The clear communication and always knowing what the next steps were made such a difference throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Brandi was incredibly attentive and made the entire loan process completely seamless. Was simple and easy no hassle involved
