My wife and needed home but we were not sure if we could be accepted because of our credit history. Short story we went ahead and apply for a loan, we were accepted for a loan. We went to a Michigan lender crosscountry mortgage, I was ask to pay off my car that I have been pay for; for 5 years and pay off my wife credit, but at Fairway all that was not part of my loan and my closing was in 45 days after.
