I think for transactions this large a bit more direct communication would be appreciated. Lucas is a great guy and the team was solid. Spoke more with Kolby and Mackenzie. The system you guys use for automated request could use some help. It more often notified you to do things that were already done which can lead to delays or ignoring when a new activity truly needs to happen.
