The fact that I got my new home, helpful team and we saved a lot of time

Brian has a very high-level knowledge of the market but can explain it to a layperson in a general, understandable way. He not only recommended several different options, but used our financial circumstances as a guide to push us toward the best option for us because he truly cared to help us save money and pay off our new house faster. Whenever we had questions, Brian was available by text or call, even on weekends and evenings. Personally, Brian is a great person to talk to and he would even spend time asking us how we were doing generally; it was not always about a mortgage or a refinance. We would highly recommend working with Brian and will continue to do so in the future.
