Very attentive to my needs

Fairway and especially Mike Dunsky have been nothing short of amazing when it comes to meeting our mortgage needs. We have now worked with them 4 times on purchasing our homes as well as refinancing those homes. There is nobody we would trust more to help us in this process than Mike. After we closed and had confirmed that we now owned the house we started to move in and the fallowing day we received a message basically saying we were not supposed to be there because the title company had not sent the funds to the previous owners which caused a bit of stress

Brad was able to work with us to get us to a monthly payment that works and weigh the cost and benefits of options. He made it simple for people who don't deal with this sort of thing often.

How eazy and fast you guys made the whole process and your communication throughout rocked!

I loved how nice and patient you and your whole team were. Also all the help and explalination of things as we went through the whole process. It was a much better experience than our previous attempt at getting a house back in April.

Not having a consistent way to get ahold of mega, the one handling our loan put a lot of unnecessary stress on us. communication through 7 plus email chains is fairly annoyin. That being said when we did speak you guy were very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with.
