He helps you understand your options and gives his opinion on which loan may be the best fit for your situation. He is patient, knowledgeable, and makes sure all of your questions are answered.

From the start, I really enjoyed the presentation put together by Chad, really set himself apart from the other lenders I was in contact with. I liked the fast and friendly response as well as all the updates. Start to finish was a great experience. Not sure who else I could have purchased my home through. Very satisfied with Chad and Fairway mortgage.
