Amey was super easy to talk to and patient with my many questions as a new homebuyer. She was generous with her time from the prequalification through the loan approval and closing phases. I really appreciated her talking me through all my loan options so I could make an informed decision. She also helped me navigate applying for OHFA despite a conflicting closing timeline and it luckily worked out, but thanks to her advising me on communicating with the seller to negotiate the closing deadline. As a first-time homebuyer , and doing it alone as a woman, I felt more confident with Amey's insight and assistance through the whole process.
