He worked with us on our price point and there were even a few house he told us no because they were outside of our price. He advised on quite a few houses and always provided the best service.

So I am a real estate agent, and I had the seller; Mike was working for the buyer. We had a problem with CHFA that caused several weeks of extensions, frustrating everyone. CHFA was not being responsive and incorrectly was going to deny the loan. Mike was able to pull together a loan that answered the needs of his client and get our transaction across the finish line.
