Kim, as you know we had the issue with the lender credit in the beginning. That issue fractured the trust in the process, despite it being resolved. I wish that did not happen, because everything else worked out great, but I felt like I had to be extra dilligent after that hiccup.

The hard work put in, in a short time to approve and process the loan.

During the mortgage process, I was facing a strict home inspection deadline and still had painting left to finish. To make things worse, I unexpectedly fell ill and was worried the timeline would fall apart. When Paul found out, he didn't just offer standard customer service—he actually offered to come out and help me finish painting the house himself. Fortunately, we managed to get the project finished without needing him to pick up a brush, but just knowing he was willing to step up like that meant the world to me. This is our third time working with Barry, first a condo purchase, a refinance on that condo, and then a new home purchase. This experience like all other prior experiences was fantastic. Barry is responsive, great at explaining things, and his production assistant Kevin Maher is also very helpful and informative. While selling and buying a home at the same time is inherently stressful, Barry and his team make it as seamless and frictionless as possible and it is almost magic given the size of these transactions.
