WHO made it GREAT was Lynn Rake. Jay was very communicative via e-mail which I appreciate and we have not yet spoken in person. Sandy was wonderful from step #1 and kind and compassionate throughout although our interactions were at the beginning of this 5 month process. Lynn Rake was my primary contact and support for this process. With a heavy weight put on the term - "support." Lynn is wonderful person who has a job to do and does it very well.
