Easy, explained process well and made it stress free!

Communication with Chris was on point. Constantly updating us on what is going on with the process on moving to the next procedure towards closing for the house. Also they have portal that holds all the documents you have sent in and what needs to be signed. Everything was an open book and I couldn't have asked for a better lender and organization to help me purchase my first house.

Delayed on closing time. I was told we would close by Friday the 6th but nope we didn't close until Monday 9th which made me loose a day at work to sign paperwork and to move when we had our friends ready to help us over the weekend
