Kirk came into the picture part way through the process. My first communication with him was that my call to him went to voicemail, He texted me immediately letting me know that he was in a meeting and would call me back ASAP. He returned my call very shortly after that, answered my questions. and quickly researched remainig info getting back to me promptly. I couldn't ask for better service.

Mackenzie is super and very responsive and easy to work with through this process. The OK is your automated systems that send the same documents to sign that have already been signed. They seem to auto generate vs. actually sending things when they are truly needed.
