I have financed through Fairway twice, wonderful customer service.

Jason came recommended to me by my dad. I am lucky he pointed me in Jason’s direction. He made everything about buying a house easier. He enabled our search to find the right house and he worked seamlessly with our agent so we could make competitive offers on the houses we wanted. Working with someone else likely would have been a lot more work and we wouldn't have gotten as good of an outcome.

Proactive weekly updates, a straight cash-to-close estimate early, and zero drama when the seller concession had to be restructured. Matt flagged a bad wind/hail deductible on my insurance quote and connected me with local agents — saved me over $1,000 a year.
