I'm a first time home buyer and did not know the process of buying a home. Alex took the time to explain exactly what would happen every step along the way and patiently answered all of my questions. Alex is so kind, while remaining so professional , and made my first experience buying a home pleasant and easy. she was extremely knowledgeable and I felt confident in her guidance along the way I was also so thankful for her presence at closing.
