I was really nervous to go out and purchase a home and Dave Kelly really made me feel like this is something that I can do and I think he's right I probably would not have taken the opportunity of buying my own home without talking to him first

Steve was awesome always responded to questions. Sometimes the same one because that's what I needed to understand. Always patient and kind. Very knowledgable and always explained options and the effects of decisions. Steve was exceptional at his job and it was a pleasure to work with him and his team.

There's just not a lot of leeway to finesse the replies. Adam fulfilled the functions of transactions efficiently, and repeatedly assured me that any questions comments would be welcome. I feel that his (relative) youth may have made it uncomfortable to receive some of my rather ascerbic commentary. My advice: Keep smiling, and maintain your sense of humour, Adam! You've got this!

the sit down time you spent explaining things in laymen's terms so well helping us fully understand what we were doing!

Trevor bent over backwards to make sure that I not only secured a loan, but had the best-possible rate on that loan. He navigated challenges in my buying process calmly and communicated to me in ways that made a stressful process much easier to navigate.
