Everything from the start of the application to the end of getting a clear to close. I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't ask for anything different. Everything was explained. Everyone was very polite and went overboard to answer any questions that I may have felt or was uncertain about.

Jo is patient, professional, supportive and knowledgeable. Her guidance was invaluable. I would highly recommend her! She and her team are very organized and kept me apprised of the process as I moved toward completing my home purchase. They were always available to answer questions in a clear and timely manner. Jo, thank you for being so helpful and generous with your time and expertise.

Tiaira and her team were very community during the whole process making sure me and my husband understood everything. We had a tricky situation and they worked really hard at getting everything together! We are very satisfied.

Kim was extremely attentive and always had time to chat and answer any questions that came up. She walked me through the entire process step by step of buying my home and made sure I was able to come to her even though I had many people contacting me at any given time.

Our experience with Fairway from start to finish was great. Brooklynn got us right in, informed us of every single step throughout the process and we always had immediate responses. I would highly recommend them and especially if you’re new to this. They really do make it easy!!

As first time homebuyers, my Wife and I were very nervous about the whole process. Luckily, Rob was there to put us at ease, and answer any questions along the way. Rob was always just a text or phone call away, and really just went above and beyond for us.

Every snag along the way Matt fights through it. He gets the deal done as fast and as best as he can. He goes above and beyond even when he has to log 30 hrs of call time with an uncooperative solar company. We would of lost out on this deal if it wasn't for him. We are very grateful to have Matt on our side to fight through this.

What made the experience GREAT was that Mrs. Syd Howel found the best loan options to meet my immediate refinance needs. She found options that were afforable and that made sense financially. I great appreciate her wealth of knowledge and expertise with all types of homes loans. Just when you think you annot qualify, Mrs. Howel knows how to come through with options that supercede what other mortgage companies can offer. She is the "wonder woman" of homes loans and I would refer her to anyone interested in buying a home or refinancing one.
