Previously, My wife and I were directed to Fairway. Then our builders(Taylor Morrison) took us back saying that they could approve us for a loan. Fast for 6 months, our builders said we were denied for a loan. They didn't refer us back to Fairway, claimed that they wouldn't be able to help with our loan, as we needed a manual underwriting(that became untrue). So our builders referred us to another loan company. This company made everything sound great, and said that we would get an easy approval. We got denied again. So, at this point we felt defeated, disappointment, and had our moment of dispair. I took the initative to call Tim myself, told him what was happening. I asked him if he help us!!! I said "I can't give up!". He agreed, said lets send this my way and see what we can do for you. Tim had Jason working on our file, after less than 2 weeks, they got us approved(not manually).They were resourceful, knowledgeable, solution finders, and awesome people to work with from the start to finish! If it weren't for Fairway, I don't believe my family and I be in our new home! I highly recommend Fairway!!! If want to have great chance at getting into your house, Fairway will pave the way!!!

I also really felt valued when you stepped up with the survey company after the Title company got a little ahead of themselves. Thanks to Jim and Melissa who were my primary contact, and I really enjoyed the data transfer that saved me tons of paperwork!!
