The communication was fantastic, they were very helpful in explaining everything. They always answered each phone call and text and made sure I felt comfortable and understod each step of the process.

Lori has a wealth of knowledge and can break everything down in terms that are easily understood. She is always available to talk or text with any concerns that come up. She doesn't try to sugarcoat anything either which was refreshing and helped put things in perspective for me during the homebuying process.

Bob was extremely helpful and thorough throughout our entire loan application and closing process!

Even with what felt like an extremely short closing window, Bob was confident we could close on time, and we did! He was thorough in explaining everything throughout the process. As young and inexperienced home buyers extremely unfamiliar with the loan process, Bob always treated us with respect and kindness. We never felt "less than" for not knowing something and were always well informed.
