My wife and I are starting the process of getting a home loan. We have received alot of false info online, and spoken with loan officers that wanted to gaslight us, strung us along or get our hopes up when the truth is we have work to do on our end before we can move forward. Chris unloaded a vast, wealth of knowledge, and made me feel like I mattered. That is extremely rare these days, to find someone who cares and won't just give you the answers you want to hear to string you along in the hopes maybe you'll sneak through, you'll get the correct answers you need to start and complete the process properly!

Julio Cesar Munoz Espinoza is the best. He was able to close this transaction in just 24 days. I was on vacation when we went into escrow so he did this 24 day close with only getting my documents for approval 17 days prior to closing. This man is a keeper!!! :)
