There was just one part that didnt go smoothly at the end which was a little concerning during the process. I was banking on the numbers I was given but the brokers commission was left out which change closing numbers at the last minute.

Candice is wonderful to work with she always answered my calls, texts, and emails even on weekends when I forgot it was a weekend and/or really "needed" her. We have moved over 40 times no other lender has ever responded the way Candice has this is way we choose to us Fairway again for this purchase as well as the one in Sept 2024 it was all because of Candice. Her knowledge for what it takes to do the job is outstanding but her true caring for her clients can not be taught its something deep in her that shines through when you talk to her and we feel it. I did this job many years ago and know how hard it its especially with a child and yet she does it with grace, understanding and patience. Words can not fully extress our graditude for her efforts or kindness but hope they did. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts. And I hope if we ever haha move again we will contact you. Craig and his team were always at hand right from the preapproval process to closing and were very responsive via phone and emails. We were quite anxious about the whole process given our situation with our overseas property and tax accounts, but Craig and his team made sure we were kept informed of the process and required documentation at all stages and this made our life easy.

Home buying seemed like such an intimidating thing but Dave made it so much better. Quick responses, answering all of our questions, explaining everything, and completing this in 3 weeks made it a great experience!
