The homeowner's insurance raised a stink about my roof and siding and Leanne managed to adjust my mortgage and I will be getting a new roof and siding. She also hooked me up with the contractor. The team is so supportive and helpful. They make everything super easy and so encouraging. I never thought I would be able to buy my house from my mom without a super high interest rate and jumping through a ton of hoops. Leanne and her team made it work, and it was completed in less than 2 months. I will be forever grateful for all of their hard work and dedication.
