ReAnn and Erin were and incredible team to work with. I knew I could contact ReAnn with a question or concern and would get a response well within 24 hours. ReAnn also had an abundance of knowledge for something Jo and I knew little about and did a great job of advising us on the information, steps, and requirements with a steady stream of information and not just an info dumb. Erin, our processor, also did such a great job of ensuring we were ready for underwriting and were able to get such a quick approval. We even moved up our closing date and both ReAnn and Erin moved heaven and earth to ensure we could get final approval and undergo closing within 5 days. They were such an incredible team to work with and we are ever grateful for their help!

From start to finish, he and his team were professional, prompt, and clear with their communication. Ken worked through several options with us and was so patient. I cannot recommend he and his team highly enough!
