Brent took the time to show and explain what my options were to get the best rate and a montly payment that I was comfortable with. He was very paitent and sympathetic with me when I got frustrated with trying to obtain all the documentation that was required for the loan. He kept me up to date with every step of the loan process though emails, text messages and phone calls. I never had to wait very long for a response to any questions I had.
