Working with Jimmy Arteca at Fairway Independent Mortgage was an absolute pleasure. I never felt overwhelmed by the process because Jimmy took the time to explain every detail without ever feeling rushed. He is incredibly knowledgeable and I never felt I couldn’t ask a small question. Jimmy even managed to get my loan fully cleared and closed ahead of schedule. I feel lucky that I had him and his team on my side the entire time.

Navigating a mortgage can be intimidating, but Austin made it seamless—he was exceptionally professional, responsive and always ready to walk my wife and me through every detail, no matter how many questions we threw at him. What stood out most was his integrity; he was completely fair, straightforward and transparent about our options and numbers every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with our loan terms or how smoothly the closing went. We will absolutely refer our family and friends to Austin for any future home financing needs.

This was my first time buying a house, I had A BUNCH of questions. Alex was always VERY understanding, quick to respond, and when she was explaining things she never made me feel silly for not knowing something. Im greatly appreciative for the time she spent helping me, and I cant thank her enough!!
