The gentleman I worked with was truly great at what he does. Jimmy Arteca was really helpful with all of our questions, it didn't feel simply transactional like these things often can. 10/10 recommend asking for this guy if you want it to be easy and low stress amd close on time.

This is a very good mortgage company to check if you are a veteran with VA mortgage benefits, doubly so if you are disabled by the VA also. I saved money on the fees associated with the VA backed loan process and their interest rate was very competitive. Marie and her Staff (Southeastern Wisconsin area) are very kind, considerate and knowledgeable about VA loans. It is my second time using their company and I'm very glad I did.
