Barb was wonderful to work with, she walked us through every step of the way. She was always available when we needed her and was able to answer all the questions we had. Her team ensured that we closed on time and even came in under budget on closing costs! I would highly recommend Barb and her team (especially Coley!).

Everyone was very polite, but I think the process could be more clearly explained and easy for the homeowner to engage and provide materials requested. I provided feedback in a separate email during the process.
