Nate had great communication, he went out of his way to get things moving along as quickly as possible, and I love that he had weekly checkins with me. Also, compared to other lenders i've talked to he was more than willing to do whatever it takes to get me into my house! He also is very open to questions and concerns which is great because not a lot of lenders are.
