I was a bit nervous at first it is such a huge step but Brian did an awesome job! He is very nice, friendly, and professional. He is very good at explaining every document as well as answering any questions I had. He worked hard at making sure everything gets approved and goes smooth for us. He helped step by step and also made sure to keep us aware on what to look forward to as well as making sure we did our part in the process! It was overall a great experience!

Tanja swooped in when our big bank mortgage guy wasn't getting back to us and was giving us vague answers. She had specific numbers that helped us be able to make a deal with the Sellers! She kept us in the loop the whole time, made the VA disability/property tax benefits work out from the beginning, and was so knowledgeable when we had questions!
