Appraisal was late, then needed corrected. Docs took longer than they were supposed to. It just seemed like this process took longer than it should have, overall. I was prompt with all my responses to requests, but it seemed like everything from the lender side was constistently delayed.

Brian was very helpful and thorough ! always keeping me in the loop the entire process!

Don was always courteous and respectful . He did his Best at looking for multiple options to ge me the best rate. Don was also readily available via text, email at all hours of the day.

Esteban was available at all times for every step of the process. He was quick to answer any question or concern. he was very creative and the way he came up with solutions for any obstacles that we approached. I will definitely refer in the future.
