The loan officer was knowledgeable about the loan process and was able to help get the loan completed. However, communication could have been better throughout the process. There were times when we were not kept informed in a timely manner, and some requests came later than expected, which added unnecessary stress near closing.

Cindy McKeaeney was great to work with on helping my husband and I preqalify and securing a loan for the purchase of our new home. Cindy was so very patient with us as we went through the process. She guided us on how to proceed with getting the necessary paperwork together. Cindy worked hard to help us to get-er-done. Would highly recommend Cindy to anyone needing her service. She went the extra mile. She kept us on track. Cindy is great!!!!

Lucas stuck with us for a number of years and has always been patient, transparent and respectful. He also helped us out over a weekend which ended up landing us in a house we are in love with.

Scott was awesome, made the process super easy and seamless. He even showed up to my closing at the title company which was really unique in this industr. 10/10 would recommend

As first-time homebuyers, we had plenty of anxieties and fears, but Seth relieved them all by being thorough, hands-on, and incredibly informative. Cole is the best! The pre-approval process felt daunting to me but working with Cole made this process easy and smooth. He takes the time to breakdown all of the information and explains every step. We worked with Cole when we purchased our first home years ago, again for a refinance, and now again while purchasing our dream home. He has incredible work ethic and his willingness to be available outside of business hours is the reason we were able to get offers submitted and accepted so quickly. Highly recommend!
